COATING

PVDF Coating

PVDF Coating, also known as Fluorocarbon Coating, PVF2 Coating, KYNAR 500® or Hylar 5000®, are thin film coating with paint formulation of fluoride polyvinyls, acrylic resins & inorganic ceramic pigments.

PVDF Coating has long been successfully utilized as a base material for long-life architectural coating systems for metal surfaces. As PVDF Coating contains a minimum of 70% by weight PVDF resin, the resultant coatings can meet the AAMA 2605 specification of the Architectural Aluminum Manufacturers Association.

PVDF Coatings exhibit superior:
Color & gloss retention
Chalk resistance
Weatherability & durability
Resistance to airborne pollutants, salt & wind-driven sand
Stain resistance & self-cleaning property
Chemical resistance
Corrosion resistance

Based on the outstanding performances of PVDF Coating, we can offer 10 - 20 years warranty according to AAMA 2605 specification, depending on different colors and coating systems applied.

Standard PVDF Coating has low gloss plain surface finish. On special request, we can tailor-apply either high gloss plain surface or different kinds of satin surface as well.

Powder Coating

Powder Coating is a type of coating that is electrostatically applied in a solid state, dry-powder form. Unlike conventional liquid paint, Powder Coating is a solvent free coating process. The coating is applied and cured under heat to allow thin film formation.

Powder coating possess superior chemical and mechanical properties. Here listed some of the features of Powder Coating:

Environmental friendly ¡V solvent free coating process, zero or near zero VOC emission.
Recycling of overspray powder
Thicker dry film thickness (60um ¡V 80um)
Comprehensive color selection ¡V from solid pastel to exotic colors and even metallic colors
Excellent chemical resistance to solvents and detergents.
Excellent impact and abrasion resistance
Different surface texture are available ¡V plain or satin finish

For our Powder Coating products, we can offer 10 ¡V 20 years warranty for outdoor application, according to AAMA 2603, AAMA 2604 or AAMA 2605 specification, depending on different powder resin and color pigment used.

PU Coating

Polyurethane Coating (PU) provides a thin film, high gloss finish with exceptional weathering performance characteristics. This coating can provide a smooth durable finish that has superior resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and chemical exposure.

Here are some of the features of PU Coating:
Full color spectrum & gloss range
Outstanding weatherability & durability
Excellent impact and abrasion resistance
Excellent chemical resistance to acids and alkalis.
Outstanding film leveling ¡V perfect choice for signage products
Either oven-bake or air-dry is feasible

GRITE® Coating

GRITE® is a kind of calcinated inorganic minerals. This product provides excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, anti-condensation, anti-bacteria, and sound absorption properties. Application of GRITE® is relatively simple - spray applied with desired thickness and air-dried at room conditions according to the product specification. GRITE® was applied to a variety of products like external facade metal panels, internal wall panels, roofing and ceilings.
